Junior Finance Associate

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Assist with daily financial operations, including processing invoices, supporting documentation (e.g. representation annexes, certificates of completion), and expense reports. Verify invoices from both formal and content perspectives, ensuring compliance with requirements and confirming that services have been properly delivered in cooperation with the relevant departments.

2. Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

3. Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.

4. Collaborate with other departments and provide financial support as needed.

5. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.

6. Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

7. Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or in progress), or certified accountant qualification.

• Understanding of financial and accounting principles; knowledge of local accounting standards is necessary.

• Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

• Internship or prior experience in finance, controlling, or accounting is preferred.

• Exposure to airline-related costs (fuel, airport charges, ground handling) is an advantage
