Hungary Airlines is seeking a motivated IT professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment and is eager to contribute to the reliable and efficient operation of the company’s IT services.

You will become part of a fast-growing, highly motivated IT team supporting business operations across the organization. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for IT-related requests, helping the staff members resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring excellent user experience and consistent service quality.

Duties and responsibilities

End-user IT support, incident management & technical tasks

  • Provide first-line IT support with strong customer focus; act as the main contact for user requests

  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily IT issues quickly, keeping users informed until full closure

  • Log, prioritize, and manage incidents in line with SLA targets; maintain accurate documentation

  • Escalate complex issues with clear technical and business context

  • Support common IT needs (password/MFA, access, endpoints, printers, M365, connectivity)

  • Prepare and set up laptops, workstations, and IT equipment for new employees

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or End-User Support role

  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail

  • Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and endpoint support

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced operational environment

  • Fluency in English and Hungarian

  • Legal right to work in Hungary

Advantage

  • Experience in aviation, logistics, or other operationally critical environments

  • Knowledge of ITSM/ticketing systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, or endpoint management tools

  • Basic understanding of IT security best practices

Working conditions

  • Primarily business hours operation (8x5)

  • Occasional off-hours support and agreed on-call availability may be required
