You will become a part of a motivated and highly capable team that supports our operations in Hungary and across our network. In this role you will work closely with all operational teams in Budapest and play a key role in monitoring operational and regulatory standards within and outside the organisation.
Main duties and responsibilities
Contribute to the development of the annual compliance audit and inspection plans
Organises and performs full scale internal and external audits and inspections for Flight Operations, Ground Operation and Organisation
Verification of corrective actions to non-compliances in accordance with established corrective action procedures, including their completion and effectiveness
Provides assistance to the resolutions of internal non-compliances to ensure acceptable corrective actions
Monitors timely closure of corrective and preventive actions generated by audits and inspections
Supports an immediate Company reaction to competent authorities’ assessments and/or directives
Supports communication and coordination with appropriate operational managers
Develops reports and presentations in relations to safety & compliance
Participating in internal and external safety / compliance related cross-functional projects
Supports hazard identification, risk analysis and management connected to safety related non-compliances
Supports follow-up of internal occurrence/accident investigations
Analysing trends and issuing safety recommendations
Requirements
Aviation background
Previous experience in a compliance monitoring role within aviation
Good knowledge and understanding of aviation regulatory requirements
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
Legal right to work in Hungary
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Valid driving license
Ability to travel occasionally
Key skills and competencies
Aviation lead auditor/auditor certificate
