Duties / Responsibilities

  • Management of Daily Financial Operations – Overseeing company’s invoices, analyzing transactions, and optimizing financial processes.

  • Active Participation in the forecasting – Coordination, planning, and optimization of the system with a financial perspective.

  • Monitoring and Analysis of Project Finances – Gathering and analyzing financial data for various projects, reporting discrepancies and risks to project managers.

  • Bank Relations – Managing interactions with the company’s banks, handling bank transactions, and preparing credit requests as well as monitoring credit limits.

  • Liaison with the Accounting Office – Regular coordination with the accounting office, supporting monthly and annual closing processes.

  • Financial Support to Other Departments – Assessing financial needs, analyzing budgets, and providing financial advisory services as needed.

  • Checking the invoices from formal and content aspects – The invoice meets the formal requirements and the services contained therein are properly performed by the provider (in cooperation with the relevant Department).

Requirements

  • Higher Education Qualification – Degree in Economics or Finance; logistics, transportation, or warehousing experience is a plus.

  • 3-5 Years of Financial Experience – Prior experience in auditing, cost control, and financial analysis.

  • Intermediate Level of English – Required for both written and verbal communication.

  • 3-5 Years of Controlling Experience – Essential in data analysis, budgeting, and managing discrepancies.

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications – Especially Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities – Capable of analyzing complex financial situations and developing effective solutions.
